In 2008 a transaction was concluded which allowed the company to be transformed into a BEE company in terms of the
regulations and targets set by the South African government. The company is therefore
truly representative of the local demographics and well positioned to be of service to parastatal and private
companies alike.
Tricom has taken considerable time and effort to position itself in the sectors of choice i.e.
