Renewable energy systems are playing an ever increasing role in society and Tricom has formed a division to focus on projects which have been specifically geared to the telecoms and power industries.

The company has been awarded several agencies for internationally recognized renewable products and is in the process of applying these towards solving specific challenges which exist in the market. A recent project was the installation of a 10 kW wind turbine on top of an 80m telecoms tower in a remote area where the site was positioned away from the electrical grid. We were successful in reducing dependency on traditional methods of providing energy at the site and provided an eco friendly solution.
