(ADULT BASIC EDUCATION & TRAINING) Tricom has successfully implemented the Adult Basic Education and Training programme and are currently running 2 full classes per day.

Employees are positive and motivated to learn and up skill themselves. Various training courses are identified and all employees are encouraged to empower themselves through learning.

Tricom Wellness Day 2009 Tricom is committed to the holistic welfare of their employees. The company contributes 100% for employees towards selected options on the Group Medical Aid Scheme. Tricom in partnership with Liberty Health , held their annual Tricom Wellness Day in July.
